0. Relative to fundraising requests made by police officer associations
1. All persons making phone calls on behalf of police officer associations must
   clarify to the person they are calling that their association is separate
   from the police themselves, that the callee is not in any legal trouble,
   that the callee is perfectly within their rights to refuse to donate without
   facing any legal repercussions or retaliation from the police, and that the
   callee has the right to refuse to be contacted at any further time.
2. All police officer associations must respect the federal "Do Not Call" list
   when making fundraising calls.
