0. Relative to the use of languages other than English by the State of New
Hampshire
1. Amend the RSA that makes English the official language and provides for the use
   of French for official dealings with Québec to also allow French to be used on
   state signage on travel routes that the NH Department of Business and Economic
   Affairs, Division of Travel and Tourism Development determines to be commonly
   used by Québecois tourists crossing the Canadian border to visit New Hampshire.
