0. Relative to addiction to video games 1. All proprietary video games (using the definition of "proprietary" from RSA 21-R:10-III) sold in the state of New Hampshire shall be required to include functionality that allows players to pause, save, and quit the game at any time while playing it. 2. Any seller or manufacturer of a proprietary video game lacking such a feature in violation of this legislation shall be liable to civil suits for recovery of damages incurred from loss of pay suffered due to gaming addiction developed because of a lack of such functionality.
