    @NEXTNewEngland @PeterWelch Even if we kept the 100mi. rule, there're still other ways of interpreting it that could help reduce their zone: - Stop including the coastline as the border; our maritime border is farther out to sea - Stop counting Lake Michigan as the border; it's entirely w/in the US
