      @NHPRExchange I don't own my own home, I live in public housing, so it's the Concord Housing Authority's responsibility to take care of heating and weatherization and stuff. And they could definitely be doing better in that regards

    @NHPRExchange like, there's all sorts of cracks where cold gets in; I have to tape them up myself to preserve heat
