      @matthewjdowd Mixed feelings on her. On the 1 hand, she's from where I live, so hometown pride, but OTOH the whole "no doctors" thing about her "Christian Science" denomination can be really harmful

    @matthewjdowd Like, my current (Methodist) pastor used to be a Christian Scientist, and she had fertility problems (miscarriages and even a stillbirth) that that church told her to just pray away. It wasn't until she left them & started seeing doctors that she got better
