To clarify my position on whether Trump should be banned from Twitter: I go back & forth on it, but currently I take the position that his account should stay to allow him to continue to incriminate himself for impeachment purposes.

I could theoretically be convinced that he needs to be banned (he does break the TOS at times after all), but even if I were to take the position that yes, he should be banned, I'd still think it'd make no sense for Kamala Harris to waste her debate time on such a non-issue

I mean, regardless of the merits of banning Trump from Twitter, whining about it is just such a bad look, y'know? It seemed like a last-ditch effort to try to be talked about rather than a serious proposal.
