@RoKhanna @LHSummers @NatashaRSarin I'm kinda suspicious of Larry Summers' motives here, because, as far as I can recall, he opposes a wealth tax, so he might be proposing this as a substitute for it. We need to make sure this is a "both/and" proposal, not an "either/or"
