      @tehodler Yeah in #RCV you rank the whole ballot, both ones you support and ones you oppose... the mark separating the "support" tier from the "oppose" tier is my own addition though. But usually people have it in their heads.

    @tehodler There was a bill to implement it in NH earlier this legislative session (I even testified on it!) but unfortunately it was tabled... maybe we'll bring it back next session... (also note that Bloomberg isn't even on the ballot here so that's why I left him off mine)
