    @OhNoSheTwitnt Birth always starts at year 0, but life expectancies can fluctuate as public health conditions change. If we were to institute an age maximum for running for president, it should be pegged to each decennial Census's data on what the ages of the oldest Americans are

      @OhNoSheTwitnt (seeing as the Census is already explicitly mentioned in the Constitution for apportionment purposes, it shouldn't be too hard to add another call to it in an amendment)
