@MattMajeune @davidshor @mattyglesias in New Hampshire at least it'd be bc we don't fund our state universities at the state level, leading to some of the worst student debt in the nation. While I'd prefer it if we could just adequately higher ed ourselves, the feds picking up our slack'd be a welcome alternative.
