@tressiemcphd what I wanna do for 5 is to require all websites to make their javascript free-as-in-freedom, so users can go in & rip out the slow-loading parts themselves. There're browser addons to do this already (libreJS) but the bill I'd propose would require sites to be compatible w/them.
