So this had me checking to see if her Wikipedia article had been translated into languages with more phonetic alphabets, and I'm kinda disappointed by how few other languages have translations... @PramilaJayapal/1288591228213301250

And even the translations that DO exist aren't that good, either… like, she was born in Tamil Nadu but her article in Tamil is barely more than a stub… given India drives a majority of English Wikipedia traffic, you'd think they'd have more translators for their own languages…

Since there's no Japanese article for her, I'm just going to have to guess that her name would be written in katakana as プラミラ ジャイヤパル (if that's wrong, well, corrections welcome)
