      I try to counteract this by making a conscious effort to share low-engagement content, but it doesn't always work

        it's like trying to swim upstream because the algorithm works against you in preferring to show people high-engagement content instead, so even if you do find some low-engagement content to share, it won't necessarily make its way to other people's feeds
