    Actually, wait… it looks like there aren't actually currently any RSAs explicitly forbidding kangaroo ownership in NH? Unless they're covered by some sort of broader statute on "exotic animals" in general? @IlliniBizDean can you clarify why NH is colored red on your map?

        ...in which case, it looks like it's not any legislation that bans kangaroo ownership, but rather administrative rulemaking done by @NHfishandgame. In which case it's not my problem. Never mind!
