      1. This list is a great example of how being union-made, while important, isn't enough. Many of these companies are still bad despite allowing their workers to unionize.       ...and Cutco does a pyramid scheme style multi-level marketing to sell its knives, and I'm pretty sure the salespeople involved in that aren't unionized, even if the knife-makers themselves are. Make sure your entire supply chain is unionized, not just parts of it.

    ...and going back to Tyson for a second, that's an example of the unions involved being insufficiently militant. If your bosses can be that careless with your health despite you being unionized, that's a sign that your union isn't applying as much pressure on them as it could be.
