    1. Instead of thinking of #RCV as just a tool for electing people to offices, we should also consider it as a way for legislatures to vote on legislation. It would help clarify a lot of the policy debates going on around now.

        Unfortunately, without #RCV, many of these positions get lumped together with each other and you end up arguing with people who you actually agree with, at least partially. The same thing can also be seen with the #M4A/#ForceTheVote debate.
