  1. This is a fair write-up of the upcoming #NHvMA court case, which is one I feel genuinely conflicted about. On the one hand I generally support states being able to levy taxes to fund collective activity, but OTOH, I generally support NH's interests over those of any other state. @IlyaSomin/1353114428275879943

      Probably the argument that's most convincing to me is that MA's tax "reduces the pool of income available for NH itself to tax", but it seems to me that if we're going to make that argument, we should have some taxes of our own lined up to be ready for when MA's are overturned.
