    1. Ok help me settle a debate: is water itself wet, or is it only wet when applied to other things? Or, put another way, is wetness an inherent quality of water, or does it have to touch nonwater objects to be wet? 1. Yes, water is itself wet 2. No, water only makes other things wet

    #PollResults: It turns out that water is, in fact, wet on its own! Still, the closeness of the results shows there's a decent case to be made for water only making other things wet.
