  1. So, w/Merrick Garland finally getting a confirmation hearing today (for AG), I’d just like to remind people that the main reason we supported him for SCOTUS was bc we thought he’d be moderate enough for the GOP to confirm. That doesn’t mean he’s actually a good nom on the merits.
