I agree with this thread’s distaste for big-box retail stores, and so initially showed some interest in bringing this law over to NH, but after reading the linked post, it makes the same sort of “rural character” arguments used by opponents of good housing legislation, so now idk @stacyfmitchell/1430182780827222020

      If I do look into bringing similar legislation to NH, I’ll want to make very sure that there is an extremely sharp distinction drawn in it to ensure that the limitations only apply to commercial development, and not to housing.
