  1. Some good things in here, including making the “Laurie List” public, opening officer disciplinary hearings to the public, and some records retention policy.       e.g., it’d have been nice for their weapons’ budget or their gas-powered vehicles budget to be cut to make up for it instead, but that’s not something I’m seeing to have happened here…
