      @WIRED The thing is, it’s not just utilities that need to be upgraded in low-income and minority neighborhoods, but the infrastructure there in general. When I go to visit my fiancée in Trenton, NJ, they’ve got new solar panels on their telephone poles, but the poles are falling over.

    @WIRED A holistic approach is needed to ensure that the structures that the solar panels are being placed upon get fixed up so that they’re in good condition, too.
