          Mayor Bouley @jpbmayor won big, which wasn’t a surprise… only way he’s leaving office is if he retires, dies, or Concord decides to institute term limits

        In this School Board race, the 3 candidates who stayed in the race won, while the candidate who dropped out lost, so these results make sense.

      I know at least one person who was worried about Brent Todd possibly losing his race to a Free Stater, but Todd won by healthy margins, so that’s good to see.

    Hm, according to @PlunkettNH it looks like the “Brown” who won here is @Stacey4Concord? Since Ward 5’s floterial district in the State House groups them in with Hopkinton, I don’t pay nearly as much attention to them as I should…

      I recognize the last name “Gfroerer”; I think there was one who was a teacher from either my or my brother’s childhood? I associate the name with music for some reason…

        I don’t get why people like Betty Hoadley so much… I keep hearing complaints about her, and yet she keeps winning elections in the school district year after year… oh well, at least Will Ardinger and Clint Cogswell won, and Bob Washburn and Roy Schweiker lost…

          (I remember back when my Dad or I used to write Letters to the Editor to @ConMonitorNews we’d often get these condescending right-wing crank-style replies from Washburn, so seeing him lose in particular is always a pleasure)

              This is my ward! Paul Coddington is a guy I often see out on his porch when I walk between my parents’ house and my apartment; I have no comments to make on the actual merits of this race, though.

                …and… that looks like it’s it? Hm, I guess @WazirNh’s race wasn’t actually contested after all? Also they don’t have Zandra Rice Hawkins’ race on here, despite a write-in campaign being mounted against her (which she beat back, apparently)… (I guess that doesn’t count)
