I strongly support this @conservancy lawsuit against Vizio, and would hope that we can clarify any uncertain areas of the law revealed by the lawsuit, by codifying the assumptions underpinning FOSS lawsuits (such as this one) with appropriate legislation: sfconservancy.org/copyleft-compliance/vizio.html
