              basically it just changes the threshold for dissolving a village district from 2/3rds to a simple majority. Petty simple bill; we've got a relatively large gap now before the next bill is scheduled...

    Next is HB1272, a really bad bill to limit the authority of town health officers, brought forward by free-staters mad about not being allowed to spread COVID. Rep. Harvey-Bolia is introducing it to us.
