  1. Some perspective: NH has 1,377,529 people as of the 2020 Census, & has 400 representatives. The city of San Diego has 1,386,932 people, & has 9 city councilors. So, if I did my math right, this means your avg SD city councilor is 45 times more powerful than your avg NH state rep.
