@MoreAndAgain for me it's not so much *having* a plan that I don't like, it's having to spend time *forming* a plan (when I could be doing something else) that I dislike. If someone wants to drop a fully-formed plan for me in my lap, I'm usually fine with that (provided it's reasonable)
