Republicans are probably realizing that KBJ won’t change the balance of power on the SCOTUS, so they can confirm her just to show themselves as more committed to process than Dems, which, well, fine.     Process is overrated anyways; GOP still got Kav. on the court anyways, so I don’t see why they’re still upset about the process from his nom. If that grudge they’re holding about the Kav. process causes them to treat KBJ more fairly than they would otherwise, though, then, fine.
