                  1. All right, I’ve been putting off this email backlog for too long; let’s try to make some progress on it… While I’m at it, let me do some position-taking on some of the more popular email topics…

The majority of emails about HB1424 seem to support keeping a speed limit on Lake Winnipesaukee. I agree with the emailers on this, and thus will support the committee report of Inexpedient to Legislate on the bill to remove the speed limit.

The majority of emails about HB1066 seem to support taking action about cyanobacteria blooms in our lakes. That seems like a valid environmental concern, so I’ll support passing the bill so that we can address this problem.

“my apologies for the font color on the last email” …lol I was about to say…!

no, secessionists, we won’t be accessories to your attempts to commit treason against the United States. I voted against CACR32 once and will do so again as many times as is necessary to keep us part of this great nation: @cooljeanius/1484577468476497922

It always tickles me when people assume we get staff to help us sort through all these emails… like, lol, I wish…

also I only recently discovered that I have a physical mailbox for snailmail at the State House, so I finally got through all that today… there was a whole lot of stuff from 2021 in there, so, sorry for not realizing it was there earlier… (@CSGovts was one of the main senders)

also shame on @HeartlandInst for trying to disguise their mailings as being in support of causes (environment, healthcare) that they’re actually opposed to; the sheer gall of them… sheesh…

The real problem with lobbyists, IMO, isn't really that they bribe legislators (something I haven't really seen yet), but rather that they lie to legislators and try to deceive us about their true intent. Also they spam us, too. It's really annoying.

Most of the email about HB1071 (relative to wake surfing) seems to be in favor of it. Regulating wake surfing seems like a perfectly reasonable request, so I will support passing this bill.

Constituents in my email inbox seem to largely oppose HB1077 (repealing the ban on conversion therapy) and HB1180 (a gender discrimination bill), so I will be opposing both of these bills.

There’s some interest in HB1170, a bill to mess with how NH would participate in Article V conventions (which would be Article VI conventions in my proposed edits to the Constitution). All the emails I’ve seen about this bill oppose it, and it’s bad, so I will oppose it, too.

One of the quickest ways to get me to ignore your email is to start your introduction with, "As a landlord..." I will always stand on the side of tenants' rights in any case of disagreement between tenants and landlords.
