@Granitepolitics @CahnEmily well, to go into nitpickier detail, you can actually prevent the full body from voting on bills (individually) if they go on the consent calendar (and no one pulls it), but this couldn’t go on the consent calendar bc it was a constitutional amendment, rather than a regular bill
