Thinking back on this, NH is probably the only state where this could happen: of the states that border QC, Vermont *likes* it, New York is too big to be scared by it, and Maine is more connected with the maritimes (chiefly New Brunswick and Nova Scotia) than it is with Québec: @cooljeanius/1509539313939365893
