      sure, it meets the "compactness" criterion for non-gerrymanderedness, and it's impressive how they got the district lines to mostly follow county lines, but... Concord, Nashua, and Manchester all in the same district?! Seriously?!

    One of the unwritten rules of NH redistricting is that you HAVE to split up our three biggest cities between the two districts; they can't ALL go in the same one
