@hledoux74 so yeah I guess the question is, what policy changes are still necessary to be able to make it less rare? SB450 claims to be it, but... well, I *hope* it will be, but... I dunno, after hearing for so long that "NOW'S the time we'll finally do it!" I'm left skeptical...On twitter.com
