    My initial reaction would be that as long as @USTreasury’s sanctions only affect the project’s financials, & don’t affect any of its code, I’d be fine with the sanctions, but this follow-up tweet makes it sound like they affect the code-publishing, too, which would cross a line: @EFF/1559224417674137600
