Employers should be required to accept paper job applications, IMO. Or maybe word it as, employers can't discriminate when hiring based on whether someone turned in an online application or a paper application: @piscescantus/1559371546573029377

Algorithmic bias in online job applications is something we need to address, too. Maybe something like, employers can't require the use of proprietary software as part of the online job application process... also the algorithms on the server-side backend should be FOSS, too: @notmargot663/1559513569779011584

Seriously we need to limit the number of things employers can require as part of the job application process; it's no wonder they're having labor shortages when they have such long applications whose length can discourage submissions: @WrrrdNrrrdGrrrl/1559386417465380864
