Personally, I take a “get in or get out” approach here: sure, separating police unions from the labor mvmt could be 1 solution (to the problem of them pretending to be part but not actually), but so could going in the opposite direction, by forcing them to integrate more tightly: @avitale/1566830884409561090

    Unionized police officers would probably be less likely to break strikes if it were their own union they were putting on the line by doing so. I’m not quite sure how to accomplish that, though.
