  1. Agreed with this third tweet of three; not so much with the previous 2 of the thread, though. Rent control would be nice to have but would be a lot harder to achieve; meanwhile there's already momentum building on the "build more" side: @taraghuveer/1569692135930175492

      Meanwhile there's a third option that's neither rent control nor supply: strengthen tenants' unions. There's less of a need for gov't to control rents if tenants have power to collectively bargain over rents w/their landlords themselves. (of course, all 3 would be best combined)
