  1. There are still negotiations on the NH budget ongoing, as well as multiple possible floor amendments to it forthcoming.       Some general statements of principle, tho: - Raises for state employees are good - Concord needs additional school building aid to rebuild Rundlett - The Interest & Dividends tax is good. We should keep it instead of repealing it - Medicaid expansion is good; should be permanent
