      @CFR_org @adschina Twitter source code didn’t “leak”, the GitHub organization corresponding to @TwitterOSS pushed a commit to its “the-algorithm” repository containing code that it claims to be its recommendation algorithm, but no one has verified that it does what it says yet.

    @CFR_org @adschina @TwitterOSS But, even if it is in fact its actual recommendation algorithm, I still wouldn’t call this a “leak”, as it appears to be an entirely intentional publication.
