  1. Instead of Nano relicensing itself, the better way to resolve this issue would be for Apple to change their policy against including copylefted software with their system: mail.gnu.org/archive/html/nano-devel/2023-04/msg00003.html

      This is the kind of conflict that I've wanted to help address with my FOSS-related legislation, btw! The state should be on the side of the Free Software developers in conflicts like these, IMO, not Apple's.
