                              Rep. Turcotte thinks having broadband will increase real estate prices, which will make the housing crisis worse, which... lolno; I don't think that's how this works. Anyways SB222 passes OTP 18-2, with Reps Yokela and Turcotte as the 2 "no" votes; taking a 15-minute break now.

                                                  actually we're going to to recess SB47 to a later date so there can be a better amendment that keeps the conservation committee; looks like we're going to be recessing SB132 (the anti-sanctuary bill) to a later date, too...
