  1. When I was in high school, cellphone bans were enforced on a per-teacher basis; my AP Euro teacher in particular was notorious for his phone confiscations (he'd return them at the end of the day). Interesting to see MA considering setting statewide policy here. @NECN/1661535081444384768

      (Of course, when I was in high school, it was 2005-2009, which was right on the cusp of the flipphone-to-smartphone transition, so cellphone confiscations from that era might not be entirely comparable to cellphone confiscations today...)
