    @LeahCushmanNH if that's achieved by making the fines proportionate to the value of the object being littered, then I'd be onboard. Or maybe if it's just littering from vehicles we're talking about (as other reply suggests), make it proportionate to the value of the vehicle being littered from?

      oh my god twitter doesn’t include alt text from images in their API
