    1. For transparency purposes, I feel it necessary to note that I've deleted a past tweet in which I mistakenly praised the Unabomber. The convo was taking place in the context of prison-abolition, & I was taking the maximally pro-prison-abolition position just to troll @Lis_Smith

    Lis has now deleted her portion of the conversation, though, removing the context in which I made my reply, which would be confusing for anyone viewing it in a vacuum (it's still available in the @waybackmachine where I took the screenshot, though)

      To be clear: The Unabomber was not good, but rather, he was bad. I do still maintain that his writings are thought-provoking, though, but the only impediment being imprisoned placed on them was his ability to check sources, so it was fine that he remained imprisoned until he died
