    Oh wait excuse me, I had my facts wrong: the so-called "Vanna White Veto" wasn't overturned by a court ruling, but rather by a ballot initiative in which Wisconsin voters amended their state constitution: docs.legis.wisconsin.gov/misc/lrb/reading_the_constitution/governors_partial_veto_5_3.pdf
