@rickhasen Technically it was a "Frankenstein Veto" & not a "Vanna White Veto"; the Vanna White kind was ended in 1990 when voters amended the WI Constitution to specify that governor's couldn't create new words by striking letters (new number here is created by striking digits/punctuation)
