      @Kenmcld @nhdot although in my case I'm focusing more on just getting the sidewalks built in the 1st place, rather than the maintenance of them... in my case my city would actually be fine funding the maintenance of the sidewalk I'm trying to get built, we just need the state to let us build it

        @Kenmcld @nhdot (specifically, the state owns the land where we want the sidewalk to go, so the state would have to let us move some telephone poles that are currently in the way...)
