yes you can still post levels after miiverse, nintendo have say it on her website! (sorry for bad english)
My level "The Legend of Rosalina" is on the rankings around 50th place for a month, and it has even less plays than this level!
When our levels are in the rankings, then they go usually away in one or two days.
